Jim built his first computer and donated it to Long Island Against Domestic Violence: a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing safety and support services for adults and children impacted by intimate partner violence and sexual assault. The women at the shelter use it to search for jobs and do research. He also drafted an instruction manual for the children so they could play games on it.
